Còisir Lunnainn (the London Gaelic Choir) are having an open evening (or open rehearsal) on the 30th of January. Anyone can come along to the rehearsal on a no-obligation basis to see if singing with the choir might be for you.
You do not have to either have Gaelic or read music, as the rehearsals include instruction on both note-learning and Gaelic pronunciation, although if you have some proficiency in either or both skills you will of course likewise be very welcome.
The rehearsal will be at the choir’s usual rehearsal space, the church hall downstairs at Crown Court Church of Scotland on Russell St. in Covent Garden. Entry is via the side-door on Crown Court itself. Ring the bell and someone will come and let you in.
